Like a Lime, but better.
A variety of lime that is found in the south East Asian region. It has a sweeter tang than its other relatives. We had a tree in our home in Malaysia and I would pick the fruits so we could use it to temper our homemade chilli pastes. It is also what you will find as a condiment to go with your assam laksa.
